About Us

We are a family run mobile bookstore located in Southern California. After making the crazy choice to change career paths, our fearless leader, "Mom" announced she wanted to open her own bookstore. Armed with a vision, an overinflated sense of mechanical skills, and a whole lot of determination she slowly brought her daydream to life. In 1 month we took a retired school bus and turned it into a literary haven on wheels. And now we're finally ready to introduce you all to "Athena" our book bus. She still has some work to be done before she's fully realized, but her interior is ready to bring you new worlds and stories. We'll be hitting the road soon and can't wait to open our doors to you.
